Overview

A keynote your audience will actually use.

Most keynotes inspire for an hour and evaporate by lunch. Marlow's talks are built differently: one big idea, three usable tools, and stories your people will retell in the hallway.

Every keynote starts with a briefing call — who is in the room, what they're carrying, and what you need them to believe on the way out. The talk is then written for that room alone: your language, your stakes, your next chapter.

Popular themes include leading through change, the courage to decide, clarity under pressure, and building teams that tell the truth early.

What's included.

Briefing & tailoring

A working session with your team so the talk lands on your audience's real questions — never a canned speech.

45–60 minute keynote

A tightly built talk with one memorable idea and practical tools the audience can use the same day.

Live Q&A or fireside

An optional facilitated conversation after the talk, where the room pressure-tests the ideas together.

Takeaway one-pager

A beautifully designed summary of the frameworks, so the message survives the flight home.

Recording rights

Keep the recording for your internal library and share the message with colleagues who couldn't attend.

Book bundles

Signed copies of Marlow's books for every attendee, shipped ahead and waiting on chairs.

How it works

From first call to final applause.

  1. Briefing call

We map your audience, your theme and the outcome you need — 30 minutes, no preparation required from you.

  2. Tailored draft

Marlow writes the talk for your room and shares the arc for your feedback before anything is final.

  3. Stage day

Keynote, Q&A and meet-and-greet — plus the takeaway one-pager and optional book signing.

His keynote gave our team a new language for talking about leadership, change, and what it really means to move forward together.

Two to six months is ideal, but last-minute dates sometimes open up — it never hurts to ask.

Yes. Virtual keynotes are redesigned for the screen — shorter arcs, live interaction and the same tailored preparation.
