Overview

Clarity at the moments that shape a company.

Every founder and executive team hits questions no dashboard can answer: Are we telling the right story? Is this the right hire, the right market, the right moment to change course? Advisory gives you a seasoned outsider who listens like an insider.

Marlow works with a small number of companies at a time — joining quarterly planning, pressure-testing strategy, coaching founders through hard calls, and keeping the human side of the business honest while it scales.

The result isn't a deck. It's better judgment, faster decisions and a leadership team that trusts its own thinking.

What's included.

Quarterly strategy days

Facilitated planning sessions that cut through noise and leave the quarter with three priorities, not thirty.

Founder sounding board

Regular one-to-ones with the founder — the conversation you can't have with your board, your team or your co-founder.

Narrative & positioning

Sharpen the story: what you do, why it matters, and how to say it so customers, hires and investors believe it.

Leadership team coaching

Group sessions that build candour, resolve tension early and turn a group of strong individuals into a team.

Decision reviews

A structured pre-mortem and post-mortem rhythm, so big calls get better instead of just getting faster.

On-call access

When something breaks on a Tuesday, you don't wait for the next session — you call.

How it works

A steady rhythm, not a project.

  1. Diagnostic month

Conversations across the leadership team, a read of the strategy, and an honest map of what's working and what isn't.

  2. Quarterly cadence

Strategy days, founder sessions and team coaching in a rhythm the business can rely on.

  3. Review & renew

Every two quarters we review progress against the map — and decide together what the next chapter needs.

I came in with a lot of questions and left with a completely different perspective. The conversation changed how I approached my next chapter.

A deliberately small number, so every client gets real attention. If there's no capacity, you'll join a short waitlist with a clear start date.

Advisory is fee-based so advice stays independent. For early-stage founders, a reduced fee plus a small option grant can sometimes be arranged.
